HCAHPS
The Hospital Quality Alliance and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services developed an acute inpatient survey, the Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HCAHPS), that covers a patient’s experience with their hospital care.
